The ejection port looks wrong for a Berretta, which has an open top slide. The one picture looks close, though.

I believe it is the Hi Power Compact ... notice his fingers have grip room but the butt of his hand is not fully on the grip. I like my standard Hi Power, btw. Not a Mark ii or iii.
