The only reason Bonehead hasn’t caved is because he feels the heat from the grassroots.

Last year Bonehead said “It’s the law of the land and it will be funded”... and that was during a re-election campaign. He feels more heat and pressure now than he did before an election.

That's because people are motivated to make those calls and keep the pressure up on their reps.

Even liberal reps get nervous when the call volume goes up.
