You can add Sweden, Britain, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. Switzerland restricted Jewish immigration, but some Jews were able to get into that country as well.

Sweden was by no means perfect. But Danish Jews escaped by going to Sweden.

I happen to know a little something about Swedish Jews. Under Swedish law, I was born one. My maternal grandparents retired in and are buried in Malmo. No Jew is safe there.
