I’m pretty sure that if soldiers of a communist dictatorship, are used in an operational capacity on American soil, they can be,,,,(ahem) interfered with.
I may be wrong... But just because they are training with American military doesn’t mean they will be used in an operational capacity in an actual event...
I think and again I may be wrong.... They are here to learn from us.... And probably steal as much intell as possible....
I am way more concerned about that than their boots on the ground....in Hawaii...for four days...
