i find i can easily be distracted, that isn’t a universal law. a wrong scent/odor will do it.

if you are still in the romance part of relationships - which one night stands would fall into - and things are new - if you both are doing things right, neither side is gonna be able to do a math problem. or want to.

if you’re talking about a seasoned relationship, one or both could be distracted by stuff.

All of your other posts make sense, but the key words here are could be. I'm in a seasoned relationship, married nearly 30 years albeit down from the 2-3 times a day routine from when we were first married.

Yeah, I could be distracted by an intruder breaking down the door or something of magnitude. And, yeah, I might even hear the phone ringing. But my reaction is to ignore it while my woman's reaction is to answer it.

It has less to do with the length of the relationship than the proportion of the blood flow going into the brain or the penis. I'll grant you, however, that the length and/or status of the relationship might have some effect on which way the blood flows.

So, yes, it is possible for the blood flow to supply both organs at the same time if both are on reduced capacity.
