I’m the scripture reader this month at church and I’ve got to tell you that I get nervous going up in front of the whole congregation. I don’t know how you all do it every week.
By doing it every week. ;^)
That, plus studying the Scriptures intently for decades, so that I know and understand what I'm reading. Also, being the called and ordained servant of the Word in that place, I have the confidence of knowing that the Lord wants me to do this.
