Any way to figure the odds on this just being coincidence?

I've been tracking the number of earthquakes and volcanoes for several years now. Last year, there were 75 surface eruptions which was a record. So far this year, before these (not sure how many are new for the year), we had 82 individual volcanoes erupting.
