Is there an autopsy report available online yet?. According to this page, several shots entered the boy from a near prone or falling position. Definitely not from an aggressive position on the kid's part. It still baffles me how anyone thinks officer Gelhaus could fire off seven rounds and this kid still be standing after even the second round hit him.

My Opinions do not count for much and no one will like this one, but if that police Officer had been carrying a 6 shot revolver he would not have fired so many shots into the kid.
