The fact that one’s identity can be stolen from the lack of security protocols should be in every law suit against the federal government. People should ban together for resources to file these suits against the federal govt. in order to halt and then destroy the ACA.

There are case after case example of what a stolen identity can do to one’s financial record and unless the govt is going to automatically wipe any damages from such electronic fraud - then NO ONE should be forced or FINED for not signing up.

That’s just my opinion - I’m covered by the VA - but if I wasn’t - I would be hiring a lawyer to file a suit against the IRS on why I shouldn’t be fined for the lack of govt common sense in the implementation of a website that is so vulnerable everyone knows it and is sitting there waiting to intercept data that will ruin the average US citizen’s financial record just so 3 million people can have health insurance..or whatever the excuse was to pass the POS bill...
