There's a huge difference between the burden of proof in a criminal case and the judgment of someone's integrity for a sports trophy where integrity is one of the qualities that is supposed to be considered.

... I believe charges should be brought on those that cheated in the pick and chose an inferior player because they used their personal opinion and not the professional opinion that they should have.

lol. Hopefully you got a chuckle. I really don’t care about the trophy. What I care about is that people keep accusing these players of rape and then after their lives are ruined they say, “oops. Sorry you are good to go”. The Duke Lacrosse Team was the worst but it seems to be happening more and more lately.
