No odds of them striking an innocent bystander/child? Or perhaps striking a passenger/child/driver of another vehicle nearby? Were they in the desert, with no others nearby, when they fired their weapons, killing this man?

I have read on FR the numerous threads where DOJ is FORCING police departments to lower their standards so more minorities can become police officers. As a result, we can expect SNAFU with no end in sight.
