If she is a narcissist she is just a garden variety narcissist; he is a psychopath.

At Harvard she interpreted every look as demeaning her.

Same with her undergraduate days at Princeton. She knew she was an affirmative action type thrust forward with an academic background that was anemic at best. The fact that fellow students, not from the affirmative action ranks, who gained entrance to Princeton and Harvard due to academic merit may have resented her in their midst is understandable.
