Um... no argument that there would be an advantage to states splitting their November electors in the electoral college by congressional districts. I do agree with that...

But just to keep things clear, this post is only about the primary/caucus season and the selection of the presidential nominee.

It’s not remotely related to the November election, and I think we should be careful not to risk mixing them up. :-)

Agreed, but these things must go hand in hand as part of an overall strategy. It does no good to close caucuses and primaries if we only change one side of the equation.
