Bill cannot run for VP because he is not Constitutionally eligible to become president. But consider this. She could choose a VP, perhaps a transgendered man/woman from San Francisco, have that person serve for two years, then have that person whacked. Bill could step in because he would be serving as VP less than two years and could succeed Hillary for less than two years if something happened to her.
