Because Guam and Hawaii are part of the U.S.A. they get a metric ton of Gun Tourists. Although the Shop owners gouge the hell out of those people.
It was funny, when I was in Honolulu walking downtown they completely ignored me, while I could have been Australian (a Major Gun Tourist Group too) The Street Peddlers opted for the Asian Tourists through and through. Because they knew if I were an American, I would just go home and shoot my own XD
I saw that too way back in 1989 (I think, maybe 1990). I was at Pearl Harbor - surrounded by Japanese. When I went to the golf course - surrounded by Japanese. When I stopped by a place that happened to have a gun range, TONS of Japanese. All waiting in line to make the firestick go BANG.
I came home and told all my friend we no longer have to worry about the Japanese.

My Canadian in-laws are the same way, KC. They love to come down here and go shoot since they aren’t allowed guns.
My nephew lives in Germany,this summer he and a friend are coming here for a month.The first thing they want to do is go shooting.They are especially interested in my class 3 weapons and the sniper rifles.
