Last month, Ramos and his partner Jay Cicinelli were found “not guilty” of murder, even though the homeless, mentally ill man offered no resistance to their brutal assault.

They pummeled some small guy to death just because he didn't bow down to their commands - and they were found not guilty?

The jury (if there was one) should be publicly shamed and shunned as well!!!! Who in the heck could come up with that verdict?????????

I’d like to know what the instructions to the jury were.
