The ad could have been made about both Gary Peters and Mark Schauer.
"Republicans knew the truth. Republicans tried to tell us it was all a lie and that Obamacare wouldn't work. We didn't listen. Well, we should listen now. Congressman Peters was part of the problem then, and he is part of the problem now. He is not the answer we need."
Apparently, her old plan was deemed inferior according to the Obamacare gods. You silly little people. You don't know what is best for you.
Heard that Democrats were threatening the TV stations if they air this video.

She believed him. She voted for him. I do feel sorry for her and I hope she lives. But she was stupid. Sometimes we pay for stupidity with our lives. Perhaps she will be financially ruined by medical costs and will have to go on Medicaid.
For me, the Obamacare premium would be 1/3 of my pretax income with a $13000 deductible then 80% coverage. Madness. So now I have no coverage, nor any money to pay for services out of pocket. And with a serious chronic health problem or two, it’s not a joke. I’m distinctly displeased with people who voted for this situation and my sympathy is limited.
Land is destroying Peters’ credibility early. Good.
Best case: it will cost him his current job (the health plan he had to switch to won't cover his illness).
Worst case? His house, most of his income, his health, maybe even his life.
Liberal apologists will say this woman's story is an aberration, an isolated case. I would argue that thousands, perhaps millions, are in a similar situation.
I saw this woman interviewed on The Kelly File and found a credibility problem, which is something we can not afford to have happen. Her original insurance cost was 1100.00 per month. With Obamacare her premium went down over 500.00 per month and her annual out of pocket will be 6000.00. It is a wash and when Meagan Kelly asked her about this she backed down and side-stepped it.
