Boehner is also in violation of the clear Constitutional dictate to impeach a President that does not follow the law of the land.
That would require some form of HONOR which gin & tonic Boehner does not possess.

I would be very hard pressed to determine just what part of this Oath Speaker Boehner has lived up to. I just don’t see it.
