In the past perfect tense "you" needs to be followed by "have."

"We could of used it the beginning of this thread."

In this construction "of" should be "have."

In response to the gist of your post - No.

I speak with an extensive English vocabulary and use a lot of even bigger words when I'm not addressing such as yourself.
