I’m actually all for ignoring Venezuela. The Chavistas are not aliens or invaders - they are Venezuelans, once supported by many in the country.

Venezuela is a victim in large part due to our drop in demand for their oil and to the usual downside of lunatic socialist regimes. Obama is doing his best to prevent the Venezuelan solution from infecting other countries such as Russia by not approving permits for LNG export facilities. The Saudi cry babies have also been having nightmares over us crushing OPEC with the Venezuelan solution too.
