Please note that Mozilla is more than just Firefox. Mozilla represents a huge portion of the open source community and trying to boycott them is akin to trying to boycott General Mills or Proctor & Gamble.
Please remember, the very vocal minority spoke up and got this man to resign. I know 3 very close friends who work for the Mozilla Foundation and they are disgusted by this. Not everyone involved at Mozilla is evil!
Tell them this isn't personal but corporate.
From what I can find out Mozilla gets like 70% of it's funding from people using Firefox's search bar. So just don't use that. Or better yet replace Firefox with another browser like Pale Moon.
You begin with small steps, chipping away at a a large structure. This is how the GLBT community prevailed, one step at a time until their voices turned into victories.

No one is suggesting the staff are all in agreement or that they are evil. If, as you say, this group represents a minority, then perhaps the majority should also take a more vocal stance, rather than back down, like sheep.
