That’s a good question. I don’t know... I’ll see my BIL in two weeks and have to remember to ask him. (He’s a wonderful guy but so apolitical and soft-spoken, I don’t often get to talk to him at the big family events.)
After several years now, I still have not been able to determine what is the legal name is of the guy. Birther stuff aside, should any person, let alone one elected to a state or federal government office be allowed to use a name they currently don’t legally have?
