You listen to it again. 2:23 to the end. He is talking about those that work and pay taxes, those that he knows, those that have better family structures than “white people”. He ends by saying, “In my way of thinking, they’re awful nice people and we need to have those people join us to be with us [unintelligible].”
This is not in my estimation a plea for full-blown amnesty.
