Notre Dame Encourages Sexual Perversion Among Athletes

Those with weak stomachs will want to position a bucket on the floor before pushing play on the video below, which is an effort by the Notre Dame Athletics Department to encourage college athletes to indulge in sexual depravity and become “out” by letting others know about it:

Notre Dame is a Catholic university. Yet the sexual activities implicitly encouraged in the video are strongly condemned in the Bible.

The nauseating sanctimony with which moonbats promote immoral behavior is produced by convincing the gullible that people cannot help the way they behave and that all people are equal. It follows from this that all behavior is equal.

If there is behavior that you disapprove of, then you do not believe that all people are equal. That is, you are judgmental, and therefore less equal. But the educrats at Notre Dame are more equal, because they embrace diversity by understanding that all people are equal no matter how they behave — except of course those who are less equal because they are homophobes who take the Bible seriously.

Don’t think about politically correct ideology too hard or it all turns into nonsense.

“Because the university values LGBTQ students in the Notre Dame Community,as indeed it values ALL it’s students, the university is committed to fostering an environment of welcome and mutual respect that is grounded in its Catholic mission.”

Just more of the depopulation by homofication being rammed down our throats via propaganda coming indirectly from the WH. I wonder how much of a slush fund they have put aside to convert straight people into gays with this administration. I’m bet a lot of it is being used to develop Common Core lessons on guiding your child to accept the lifestyle and convincing them that being gay is “so cool”, being straight is so 20th century, and that being Christian is “ewwww”. You can bet on it. Evil never rests.

I’m a Baptist so I don’t know a lot about the Catholic church but I am surprised they now believe homosexuality is a good thing.

About fifteen years ago, we were on a “road trip” with a teen girl who brought along a book Sr. Lucille (who we called Sr Lucifer) had given to the kids in Confirmation Classes.

She started reading to us from the book which encouraged trying out “new behaviors of intimacy” with same sex friends. I think we finally tossed the book out near Brackettville, TX.

I think this was around the time that the perverse “Growing in Love” curriculum was being taught in some Catholic Schools...that curriculum taught thrid graders the meanings of some really perverse words, and stuck them into lists with a few Saints tossed in.

That was in tiny Fredericksburg, TX..The perversion was coming from groups of heretical Religious. Something like 70 families left the Church, and many parents put their children into Public School because it was “safer”.

That is EXACTLY the kind of nun my mom kept encountering when she tried to befriend some of them.

The Catholic Church does NOT support homosexuality.

We do have a serious problem with nuns straying off the reservation and going rogue. Which is why you keep seeing news stories about the Vatican trying to clamp down on them.

Besides Leviticus 20, what other parts of the Holy Bible has the Catholic “church” tossed out?

Homosexuality, with its aberrations on its sleeve, bothers me less than the coy appeal of the Notre Dame promo. To sell a path of spiritual disorder under the aegis of spiritual order, is much closer to Satan’s wish than outright libertinism. Debauchery brings consequences, and how many has the Father saved when they were spent and reeling with guilt, suddenly aware of their great guilt and crying “What must I do to be saved?!?!”

Those laying snares in these young peoples’ path by telling them “We ACCEPT your sexual sin” better get scared real quick!

"I’m a Baptist so I don’t know a lot about the Catholic church but I am surprised they now believe homosexuality is a good thing."

Yu have to be careful there with the over-inclusive "they." That which is true of certain parties at Notre Dame is not true of the Church.

In other words, the Notre Dame powers-that-be are unrepresentative of, and unfaithful to, the Church.

The teaching of the Catholic Church is here:

I don't think you want alla the Bpatists blamed for Westboro Baptist Church. Similarly, don't equate NOtre Dame with the Catholic Church.

Westboro is not affiliated with any Bsptist organization that I am aware of. Not sure if Notre Dame is affiliated with the Catholic church or not.

Well, that's an interesting question. We went through all this in 2009 when ND awarded Obama an honorary doctorate. Turns out that ND essential broke away from the oversight of the Catholic Church in 1967, is separately incorporated, is controlled by a self-perpetuating board of trustees and fellows (that is, they elect their own members and successors) and it's a danged headache to find out who's responsible for anything.

They're technically able to call themselves a "Catholic" University because the Bishop of South Bend/Ft. Wayne has not revoked this right. But when then-Bishop John D'Arcy was challenged on this in 2009, he did boycott ND's commencement and went instead to an “alternative commencement” organized by "ND Response" (a campus pro-life group) and attended by an estimated 3,000 people.

But he would not revoke ND's right to call themselves a "Catholic" institution.

This ambiguity about "Who's really in charge here" is very intentional, I think. It gives ND tremendous institutional "cover" to do whatever they want.

Disturbing lack of leadership on the part of our bishops.

Disturbing lack of leadership on the part of our bishops.

...the last fifty years of Catholic worship is summed up in that little phrase...

...look what a little bit of perceived ‘collegiality’ can do...

Keep in mind that the first time our Catholic Bishops acted “Collegially” was, when push came to shove in the Garden, they abandoned Our Lord.
