We were talking about World War II at the Missionaries of the Poor this morning. A young Brother from Kenya asked about Belgium, because they’re playing a soccer game today, and a man and I explained about the German attacks and the Battle of the Bulge. The man - didn’t catch his name, he goes to another parish - had actually been to Russia and seen some of the battlefields there.
