Obama Could Be Facing 10 years to Life In Prison…
Western Journalism / Fox News ^ | June 6, 2014 | Tom Hinchey

Posted on 06/06/2014 5:09:05 PM PDT by bamahead

Shepard Smith asked Judge Andrew Napolitano whether or not the Taliban prisoner exchange was legal under the NDAA H.R. 1960 Statute.

The judge explained that the swap was illegal because taxpayer dollars were spent to remove these prisoners from Guantanamo Bay without giving Congress 30 days notice.

However, Napolitano goes a step further by pointing out that Obama has provided material assistance (human assets) to the Taliban, which has been identified by Congress to be a non-state terrorist organization. This is a crime punishable by imprisonment of 10 years to life, which covers all Americans–including the President.

All Marxist coups and revolutions require bloodshed in order to to claim justification for the iron fist

You are right, but my question is, how will they do this, with so many well armed citizens? A lot of people have no intention of going quietly into the night. I think if they suddenly try a major gun grab, that may start something serious. The British tried it once, and we know how that ended.

...how will they do this, with so many well armed citizens?

Look what they have ALREADY DONE in the face of so many 'well armed citizens'.

Without the willpower to pull the trigger and risk what our forbears did to resist tyranny, it does not matter how many weapons we have or what kind.

There is a pattern I discern in the current American mindset that I believe is a microcosm that shines a light on the fact that our faith in an armed populace is window dressing…. and the Political Class involved in this coup knows and understands this.

If a Christian people would not rise up and vigorously defend their faith in this culture by eschewing and denouncing evil and resisting it' implementation in the culture, in the public square AND IN THEIR CHURCHES - what makes any of us think that these same people are going to rise up and vigorously defend their liberties?

They're not. Because liberty is directly tied to religious faith and exercise.

If this people would not defend their faith, INDEED even COMPROMISE their faith for the cultural expediences (Homosexual Marriage, abortion, Separation of church from State) - I seriously doubt that the weapons those same people possess would be used for anything other than false comfort in their mere presence.

And then we also have examples of what Gun owners in America will do when confiscation of their arms is ordered:

The will is everything. I continue to be disappointed in what this people are willing to get incensed about and fight about. If they would not fight for their faith that is being watered down from within, I contend they will not fight for their liberties which are also being watered down from within.

There will be pockets of those who are willing to do what is necessary - and they will be made very public and quick examples of. Will enough of us know the time and be willing to risk everything as our forbears did?

I'm not convinced enough of the American people will be willing to endure empty shelves, empty bank accounts and the uncertainty of what may come tomorrow which will surely be blamed on those 'extremist domestic terrorists'.

If those long lines are any indication, I would say probably not. We are so screwed.

“To put it as succinctly as Prager did, it would transform Hussein from THE victimizer, to the victim!

They would milk that relentlessly for months! perhaps years.”

At some point we have to stand up and say ENOUGH! We can’t keep waiting for the perfect time for each move.

“House and a HONEST convection by the Senate.”

What if we win the Senate in 14?

Are you kidding me?

When McConnell and Cantor (and Boehner) REFUSED to defund ObamaCare, out of fear of the blacklash from the Praetorian media and the Gibmedats - and whom now say Obamacare is going to stay…..you honestly think for a single second that the GOP leadership is going to allow IMPEACHMENT of their Marxist messiah????

Washington IS NOT GOING TO STOP TYRANNY or OBAMA. It LIKES the Tyranny.

You cannot stop a tyrant by civil political means…PERIOD.

Control of the Senate( Judge & Jury in an Impeachment) is essential.
The Senate has to be very Conservative in order to insure it!

PROOF that any idea and hope that the GOP is going to hold Obama accountable for ANYTHING he does - is totally ridiculous:

Impeachment off, GOP fears it will rally Obama Democrats

Republicans are backing off impeachment threats because they fear it would rally President Obama's Democratic base and kill the GOP's chances to win the Senate, according to congressional insiders and sources.

All the GOP has is fear. Fear of making the media, the president, and the welfare public, angry at them and blame them for not being inclusive and supporting nature that they think they should promote in growing government.

weakness, real or imagined, certainly does not enable leadership.
