Well first, only one person is responsible for and makes a decision. All the rest, "principals" or lawn boys are merely advisors.
Second, that Moslem, illegal-alien, Usurper damn well better apologize...unless, of course, his objective was to release Moslem terrorists and gain a traitor/terrorist.
Viewed in that fashion, this was another big win for the Kenyan in the White House. All it cost him was a few words and not one missed round of golf.

In an interview with NBC News Obama reiterated the now popular talking point that everyone in government was “unanimous” in their support for the release of five mass murdering terrorists for one American deserter.
