I actually agree with this ruling. The laws need to be changed. Once you’ve served your time, you’ve served your time. Sounds like we need to make the time longer. That will fix it.
Exactly. Revoke the possibility for parole for sex offenders and make their sentences long.

There is no evidence that an extended sentence for child molestation will stop them from molesting children once they get out. Recidivism rates for child molestation are over 35% and even more than that when you include other violent and sexual crimes. These are proclivities, not accidents or mistakes. Supervision upon release is the least demanding way to deal with the issue. The next best thing is to not release them at all.
