Sailors ex wife deliberately asking for custody /stirring the pot, knowing he can’t possibly comply?

This case has been underway since August. There’ve been a number of hearings, and the judge has ruled that the child’s birth mother is entitled to take temporary custody of the child, at least until the person the court placed the child with can once again assume possession. The kid was supposed to be brought to court Friday, but wasn’t.
