These folks apparently reported the BHOF to the IRS sometime in May 2011. Shortly thereafter Lois granted their non-profit status. Retro actively. Can she actually do that? Or is that a stupid question?
Illegal to do so retroactively more than 26 months. Lois backdated Malik’s foundation 38 months, a crime.
On top of that, by doing so, she implicated herself in being an accessory to terror funding during the commission of another crime.
Not good.
