Liberals love it ONLY because Americans have not embraced it and France has. And for that reason, I will never embrace it. I agree with everything you say. Oddly enough, Bob Beckel was denouncing soccer today with all the strength in his oversized body. I was shocked! Pleasantly shocked. The attempted destruction of football by libs scares me to death. I’m worried they’re going to legislate it out of existence.

Looking around at the state of things, it’s not surprising the NFL is the most popular pro sport by far.

As in art, movies, music, food — conflating sports purely with ideology/politics is ridiculous ... whether it’s Libs who only like soccer since it’s “international” or those who claim baseball is THE all-American game, love it b/c you do, WTF cares otherwise.
