Hmm - where have we seen the "human shields" tactic before?
Good question! Muslims and the Left both use human shields.
The Muslims use them in war because their military is weak, and because they are simultaneously brutal and cowardly.
The Left uses them in politics because their ideas are weak - and ditto.
In this case the Left are abusing 65,000 children, illegally trafficking them across the US border in order to bring about a demographic shift in voters.
Theft by immigration is wrong, and child-trafficking is wrong - but the Left will pretend that any attack on their lawless dissolution of the American border is in fact an attack on the 65,000 children.
The children are human shields for criminal activity, just like underage hostages caught up in a bank siege.
Borders make a sovereign country. Under Obama, America is literally not a sovereign country.
