I don’t buy that it’ll provide a distraction that will sway the elections in the Dems favor. If anything it’ll do the opposite.
The various scandals only play to the GOP base. The general public really doesn’t care. The general public IS interested in issues that impact them directly and personally, which means that ObamaCare (with the skyrocketing 2015 premiums hitting in the Fall) is going to be front and center.
Closed schools is another issue that will impact people directly and personally. People are going to be PISSED at all the inconvieniences if their kids don’t go back on schedule. And they’re going to blame Obama a the Dems for it, not Republicans.
Hopefully, you are correct about the low-information voter NOT believing the usual Obamalies.
