The kenyan is taking powerful Executive Action on Immigration. He is just not putting it into formal Executive Orders. His troops are invading and are at least disorienting the USofA and have the potential to convert the country into a socialist utopia where the ̣̣̀99per cent are economically equal and politically uniform, at least publicly, and the 1% lives like Sultans and Caliphs.
