Of course it is more evident ALL the time...the guy is OUT OF HIS DEPTH!
He was out of his depth by the time his first toe got damp.
Left to his own devices he would starve to death in the middle of a supermarket. As for his supposed education and brilliant mind I very seriously doubt that he could pass my eighth grade final exams. I am certain he could not pass the history final and I have serious doubts about other subjects. It is obvious that he has zero understanding of how the government of this nation is SUPPOSED to function.
Some say Biden was chosen so that people would be afraid to impeach and remove Obama but I think it is apparent by now that one clown is no worse than the other clown. The difference is about the same as the difference between being slapped on the right cheek or the left cheek. Biden would be no worse, maybe not as bad.
