You’d think that Obama & his minions would be pleased by his actions, the good Doctor deprived greedy fellow surgeons of all the payments they would have accrued from the potential victims of this crazed individual

It was not clear why Silverman, a doctor for nearly 25 years, was armed at the office. *********, a spokeswoman for Mercy Fitzgerald, said Thursday it was against hospital policy for anyone other than security guards to carry weapons. We are grateful for the efforts of the emergency responders, and we are working with the Delaware County police departments to understand fully the details of the event and to do all we can to assist those affected, hospital officials said in a statement.Cue the Drum Roll and wait for when some Hospital in Texas makes Dr S and offer so delicious he picks up stakes and moves...

"...Will they dismiss a hero who saved God knows how many lives because he refused to follow the gun free zone policy of his place of work?"
Guaranteed they will try to dismiss this good Doctor who broke their rules if for nothing else, BECAUSE he broke THEIR rules.
They're more interested in NOT being sued by the nutcase's family. The dead bodies of the employees at the hospital are merely collateral damage.

Boy, that police chief is illiterate. “Could have went”? And the comma in the title between armed and hero is not needed. Big, fat hero doctor, not big, fat, hero doctor. Armed hero doctor, not armed, hero doctor. I find extraneous commas to be distracting, and I do not think highly of the literary abilities of those who are constantly inserting them.

Many of us already know doctors and other medical personnel can be treacherous punishing the innocent protectors of co-workers.

As far as I’m concerned, every police chief in the country can use substandard grammar so long as they come down as hard and strong on the side of the armed citizen who most likely saved as many lives as this one did.

All the hospital had to do is make sure they had plenty of “Gun Free Zone” signs. That would have stopped the shooter and there wouldn’t have been any need for that doctor to shoot him.

I suppose next the hospital will say the perp was in the right to have a gun at the hospital to protect himself from the rabid doctor. Of course the perp was not a good marksman and so we should feel sorry for him and phooey on the doctor.

Keep in mind Obama has accused these professionals of cutting off feet for no other reason than financial gain.

It was not clear why Silverman, a doctor for nearly 25 years, was armed at the office... Bernice Ho, a spokeswoman for Mercy Fitzgerald, said Thursday The armed but dead (no longer killing hospital employees) nutjob Richard Plotts laying in the hall with three of Dr. Silverman's bullets in him just might be a good starting point in your quest for "understand fully the details of the event" Bernice.

I was afraid this would happen when I heard this story. It made the gun grabbers look bad and that can’t be allowed to go unchallenged.
