The word stunned might best describe how U.S. citizens, particularly blacks, felt after hearing that a six-member jury, following two days of deliberation in a Florida courthouse last July, found George Zimmerman not guilty in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

One year later, with increased cases in which defendants have used the “stand your ground” law to avoid prosecution, civil rights leaders and activists have ramped up efforts to challenge a criminal justice system that often treats blacks and women as second-class citizens.

Note the two instances of transparent propaganda in the first two sentences:

• First, the writer claims "US Citizens, particularly blacks" were "stunned" which is patently false. In fact, most citiziens, especially those who were in any sense well-informed, were not at all surprised with the "not guilty" verdict. Indeed, it was essentially only blacks (and delusional leftists) that were in any way stunned. In other words, a distinct minority.
• In the second sentence, "One year later, with increased cases in which defendants have used the 'stand your ground' law to avoid prosecution...", the writer feebly attempts to conflate "stand your ground" laws with the Zimmerman case and how it was argued, which is of course patently false.

With a beginning like that, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that this alleged "journalism" is nothing but a sloppy piece of propaganda, with little or no basis in objective reality.

There, fixed the title. Bottom line: knock the chips off your collective shoulders or someone else will do it for you. If you attack someone, you may very well pay with your lives. Assault is not a game, no matter how you slice it, and there is a growing incidence of "polar bears" finally standing up for themselves.

So, the parents of these feral little negros are up in arms that society, whom they counted on to raise their children, is finally punishing them for their actions. Boo-freakin'-hoo. If they wanted to fix it, they would have long ago. Instead, they glorify the "thug" life and encourage their children by accepting it. Where were all these family members before Trayvon and company assaulted Zimmerman?
