I bet a few here would love to have a narrative that the illegal kids coming over the border have Ebola (Obama is going to kill us all with Ebola), but there is no basis for a claim like that.

Proof we need single payer and mandatory health checkups.

Maybe extend the fines to poor health habits, and add rewards for good behavior, like:

Smoking bad
Drinking bad
Smoking pot neutral
Same sex sodomy (men) healthy.
