Because they failed “Logic 101” at Harvard, but were given an “A” anyway as part of Affirmative Action.

The term “black leaders” is incorrect. It should be “leaders of blacks”.

Why? Because black leaders are prejudiced. They automatically assume, in any altercation between white and black, that the white is somehow guilty.

They use white guilt to push notions that police are still racist, that police brutality is still happening.

In their minds, this cop is guilty because there would never be any reason to shoot the brother.

The same mindset was present in the Trayvon Martin case.

When this cop goes on trial, it will be a similar circus to what we saw in the Zimmerman / Trayvon Martin case.

And yes, the young black boy was seen and videotaped with a box of expensive cigars in his hand when leaving a store that had been looted.

The "young black boy" was 6'4", about 300 pounds, assaulted the store owner and the store had not been looted when the videotape was made. It was a strong arm robbery. He was a thug. And the writer of the article is an idiot for falling for that crap.

Because some of our forefathers were racist and they assume we are.

I use to believe the scripture

Exodus 34:7 - Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear [the guilty]; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth [generation].

Are we still in generation 4 of the sin of slavery?

Until I read Jeremiah 31

‘The parents have eaten sour grapes,
and the children’s teeth are set on edge.’
30 Instead, everyone will die for their own sin; whoever eats sour grapes—their own teeth will be set on edge.

31 “The days are coming,” declares the Lord,
“when I will make a new covenant
with the people of Israel
and with the people of Judah.
32 It will not be like the covenant
I made with their ancestors
when I took them by the hand
to lead them out of Egypt,
because they broke my covenant,
though I was a husband to[d] them,[e]”
declares the Lord.
33 “This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel
after that time,” declares the Lord.
“I will put my law in their minds
and write it on their hearts.
I will be their God,
and they will be my people.
34 No longer will they teach their neighbor,
or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’
because they will all know me,
from the least of them to the greatest,”
declares the Lord.
“For I will forgive their wickedness
and will remember their sins no more.”

So Christians who've accepted the new covenant are no longer under this curse. What about non Christians? And I'm talking about real Christians not
CINO’s.

Like many news stories the media fires up the black population by making accusations only when their is a white person involved. The racebaiters join with the talking heads jump in accusing racist America without knowing or caring what the truth is or will be. Enemies of America

This was in our rag this morning. The Gaul of the Hazleton paper has to print this. Degrading Italian Americans along with History. Leave it to the self loathing Marxist Dr.

Editor,

The City of Wilkes-Barre should establish Martin Luther King Day as a paid holiday by getting rid of Columbus Day.

If Christopher Columbus was alive today, he would be in a federal prison, and on death row. There is an abundance of historical eyewitness evidence, and Columbus’ own diary, which supports a legal conclusion that Columbus tortured, murdered, and enslaved thousands of Native Americans.

Columbus was witnessed to have buried alive many of these peaceful and loving natives simply because they became exhausted from their enslaved labor. Columbus’ own diary proves that he supervised the selling of Native American girls, as young as 9-years-old, into sexual slavery.

In contrast, Martin Luther King led a non-violent campaign to rightfully bring equality to African Americans in this country. He was a real American hero who will stand the test of time because there is no evidence to the contrary.

The longer the City of Wilkes-Barre allows this injustice to continue, the deeper the shame becomes, and the greater the community divides itself.
