Maybe an Englishman but according to the picture that I saw on the front page of the NY Post, it wasn't a merciful axe but a medium knife and from the front! Given that there is no mercy in a beheading, even the worst regimes did guillotines or axes. Only thing I know of worse was the Nazi use of meathooks for the anti-Hitler conspirators but that is small difference!
Yes, it is TERRORISM and no other term like insurgents or fighters should be used for these true barbarians. Apparently Foley was a hater of Israel and supported the sunni muslims. That means he’s in the same camp with McCain. Too bad something like this didn’t happen......never mind.

We’re seeing barbarism that boggles the civilized mind on a daily basis. We’re dealing with monsters who not only behead, but then place the heads of their opponents on fence pikes. I do not know how anyone could turn a blind eye to fiendish acts like we’re seeing out of these individuals.
