Yes, last time I was in JCP 's Big/Tall section, there was plenty of big (i.e. fat) sizes; little to no tall sizes. And they have converted the stores into that 'boutique' style, where clothes are sorted by brand. They may have fired the loser CEO, but stayed with his ideas.

My store has cleared out merchandise to make room for silly, useless fixtures like a modern table and chair, all in white, in the middle of a glowy neon-lit space. Reminds me of the late ‘60s “Brady Bunch” furniture in my childhood Barbie dollhouse..
