Very interesting, and eye-opening, video clip (post #50). I remember reading about a lady who wanted to open an ice cream shop in a mall (I forget which state). She rented the space, applied for the necessary permits, and got ready to hire some workers.

A year later, she still was waiting for some of the permits. She was paying rent, but obviously could not open her shop. You'd almost have to be crazy to start a business in the USA today. Sad.
