You’re arguing with yourself because your certainly not addressing the point.
1. Is Obama President of the United States?
2. How is a President removed from office?
You ignoring the fact that defining “natural born citizen” is a question of law and that whether a person is or is not a “natural born citizen” or 35 years old are questions of fact doesn’t make them go away. These questions are not determined by the Legislature or by plebiscite. Both questions are determined judicially.
An ineligible person is not President. Occupancy of office does not confer eligibility.
