I know it’s wrong, but I was halfway hoping it was that arrogant Judge Jenkins.
Even if they nuked Dallas, I doubt they would be willing to stop any flights from Africa.
Question—why was Duncan in close proximity to a homeless guy?
The story goes that he rode in the ambulance with the ebola victim. Now, that is part of the proof that we are governed by insane people.
Now that is a twist that seems straight out of a book.
He rode in the ambulance AFTER Duncan, who was spreading his bodily fluids all over the back of it.
This is a motion to hold Lively because he escaped quarantine before, refusing to be monitored, and legally they could not hold him. They put him in the Psych Ward until they could get the paperwork to legally hold him.

Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings told News 8 that Lively was able to walk away because officials did not have the authority to hold him.
“In America, people are free, and they can do whatever they want,” Rawlings said. “We did not have the correct paperwork.”
Sources tell News 8 that authorities were working Sunday evening to obtain a control order to prevent Lively from walking away again.
