I recently watched a true crime show on TV where a lesbian “flipped” a straight woman and they became “lovers”. I think it is just a case of arrested development and these people never matured past the “playing doctor” phase of childhood. It is simply mutual masturbation. But that is just this old lady’s opinion.

I agree, the idea of homecoming king and queen is nonsense, and this kind of competition, based on popularity and looks, hurts a lot of the young people. If there is to be some sort of homecoming celebrity, let the competition be based on real accomplishments, such as academics, skills, and talents, so that all the students can compete. (And let those competitions not be judged by fellow students, but by objective adults, otherwise it becomes nothing but a popularity contest.)

Desirous of sex with anyone or anything. What else could the prefix pan- indicating all mean appended to sexual mean in a context paralleling heterosexual, bisexual, and homosexual? Yes, "Eeeeww!" is the appropriate reaction to hearing someone describe him-, her- or itself as "pansexual".
