You have to show proof of Mexican coverage to drive in Mexico. Shouldn’t visitors to our country be required to have some type of medical insurance?

This suit will not go to trial... the hospital, doctors, nurses, and probably the janitors will settle because of the threat of a larger judgement than they can settle for, but (and I’m not an attorney) don’t believe a just jury (if you could find one in Dallas) would find malpractice resulted in his demise or additional suffering as his fate was likely determined immediately after the infection took hold before he was seen initially in the ER.
