A lot of people either are either anti religion or simply don’t understand the concept of precedent. The business lawsuits are a dangerous precedent. It’s only a matter of time before one uses the reasoning that alternative options are irrelevant to law before one demands a right to remain a member of a religion or demand the standards of the Civil Rights be applicable to nonprofit organizations. The businesses got sued despite there being other options, if campaigning and convincing people to either quit or not be a member of some offensive group isn’t enough, then yes, all action will be taken to eliminate the group, with no less than suing them empty.
