I agree. But some of the classifications of sex offenders are somewhat unfair....18 year old dating 17 year old for example. I have heard and read stories of this type of thing because the parents of the 17 year old raised heck over the 18 year old “dating” their daughter and the guy goes to jail and becomes a sex offender. I know this is not who we are talking about but there are a few cases that I think tend to be unfair.

For quite some time there was a tent city on the 39th Street Causeway to Miami Beach - and it was sex offenders who evidently could live nowhere else.
That sight must have irritated the Miami Beach dwellers as they had to pass by it daily.
To cure this pervs issue, they should all be deemed honorary Democrats and ship them to DC where they will fit right in with Obama’s staff.

When one hears sex offender they think child molestor. It makes me question the agenda of the judge who tags an 18 year old with the label. But as for the rest of them, the violent predators, and such, the label should stay. Is that a better way of putting it?
