Reid: Senate hinges on Iowa "........The PCCC [Progressive Change Campaign Committee] has dubbed its preferred candidates the Elizabeth Warren Wing of the Democratic Party and warned on Saturday that a loss by Braley in Iowa would be devastating for Social Security benefits. Adam Green, the groups co-founder, said it was approaching channeling nearly $100,000 in donations to Braley and hoped to make 150,000 phone calls on his behalf.
Reid instructed PCCC callers not to lose their cool with Iowa voters that have been besieged with millions in negative advertisements during one of the closest Senate races in the nation.
People have been swamped with phone calls with emails, he said. They are getting really tired with us. Thats why you have to be patient and extremely courteous.

Here it is, what the silly "messiah" said about himself.
Obama famously told the spellbound crowd: I am absolutely certain that generations from now, we will be able to look back and tell our children that this was the moment when we began to provide care for the sick and good jobs to the jobless; this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal; this was the moment when we ended a war and secured our nation and restored our image as the last, best hope on earth.

My favorite: historian Michael Beschloss on the Imus show Nov. 2008:
Michael Beschloss:
this is a guy [Barack Obama] whose IQ is off the charts
Imus: Well. What is his IQ?
Beschloss: Pardon?
Imus: What is his IQ?
Beschloss: Uh. I would say its probably - hes probably the smartest guy ever to become President."
