I don't think Obama would want to go through the impeachment process. And he wouldn't want to risk that there are 13 democrats willing to sell him down the river. With Republican control of the Senate, an impeachment trial wouldn't be a no starter like it would have been under a rat controlled Senate. There would be a full trial with plenty of disclosures of wrong doing, and there would be a vote.

That makes it not a bluff. That puts Obama on notice that using an Executive order to override existing laws with regard to impeachment will trigger an impeachment. And that warning also informs the world, that if Obama crosses that "red line", it will be cause for impeachment.

I don't think the current repubicans have the stones to follow through with it. They are so terrified of being labeled "racist" by the liberal media that they are literally inert.
